The Fountain of Youth

There was no such thing as bottled water. Just bottled cola. And maybe juice.

And these were the perfect height if you were little but now you have to do yoga to get closer to getting a drink. Which is still just as warm as it was then.

In school, did you have the soap dispensers that were a solid block of soap that you 'grated' by turning a knob on the side? It was really gritty and messy...of course, some kid always had to grate the whole thing onto a mountain on the floor. Janitors must have loved that.

wow! GREAT memory!!!

It sounds vaguely familiar but I don't think that was our soap dispenser. I know some of my PS110 folks check in on the blog and perhaps they remember how we did get our hands clean....

CO - I remember the water fountains. Vividly. Don't remember the blocks of soap but then we didn't have soap up in Canada . . .
