From what they were showing us on telly last night the rain wasn't exactly "kissing" anyone...looked punishing to me. Nasty stuff.
NYC had flooding but the kids stayed on the street way late into the night and the bars stayed open as well. We were able to get pizza at 10pm and the cops were popping in for dinner as well. Lucky all around here and glad the city prepped so well.
