There Is So Little Here That Didn't Travel Through Time And Space... come together and make a home.

The chairs from Florence the table Dad made the lamp a gift from someone moving the sofa offered up for free the shower curtains from a now-closed store the plants from neighbors the Buddha from hope

That looks so warm and inviting and homey....I love combining things that, as you say, "moved through time and space" to come to me. You have great windows.

This is so very cool. I've never once gone to a store and bought an entire room of furniture - a home is more organic, growing from bits of your past, experiences, friends and family. You can tell when you walk into someone's *home* and it embodies them and all they've known. Better Homes and Gardens just can't do that!
